很多孩子在面試的過程中都會(huì)有一些緊張的情緒。
孩子該如何消除小升初面試中的緊張情緒呢?
1.一定要對(duì)自己充滿自信。
其實(shí)面試就是一個(gè)與考官面對(duì)面交流的過程，通過這種交流讓考官在十分鐘甚至是五分鐘之內(nèi)了解到孩子的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
很多孩子之所以會(huì)膽怯緊張，很大程度上都是因?yàn)槿狈ψ孕牛绕涫且恍┬愿癖容^內(nèi)向，自尊心又很強(qiáng)的孩子，他們往往認(rèn)為自己不如別人。
實(shí)際上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都覺得自己不優(yōu)秀，沒有人會(huì)覺得你優(yōu)秀。
因此，要克服緊張情緒，必須要戰(zhàn)勝自卑感，增強(qiáng)自信心，相信自己是最棒的.，相信自己一定能夠成功。
