很多孩子在面試的過程中都會有一些緊張的情緒。
孩子該如何消除小升初面試中的緊張情緒呢?
1.一定要對自己充滿自信。
其實面試就是一個與考官面對面交流的過程，通過這種交流讓考官在十分鐘甚至是五分鐘之內了解到孩子的優點。
很多孩子之所以會膽怯緊張，很大程度上都是因為缺乏自信，尤其是一些性格比較內向，自尊心又很強的孩子，他們往往認為自己不如別人。
實際上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都覺得自己不優秀，沒有人會覺得你優秀。
因此，要克服緊張情緒，必須要戰勝自卑感，增強自信心，相信自己是最棒的，相信自己一定能夠成功。
2.一定要在平時加強訓練，找機會多參加一些類似的活動。
造成緊張的另外一個原因就是缺乏這方面的訓練。
如果一個孩子經常參加一些類似于演講比賽或者是演出之類的活動，那么他在面對考官的時候心理上就會比一次這樣的活動都沒有參加過的孩子放松的多。

4.考生在面試中一定要善于表現自己，發揮自己的優勢。
有時候考官提出一個問題的目的并不是看考生知不知道答案，而是看考生有沒有自我表現的意識。
因此，從進考場的那一刻開始，考生就要隨時準備向考官展示自己的各個方面。

第一種辦法就是深呼吸。
嘗試著在等候的時間，閉起眼睛，連續做幾次深呼吸，最好是腹式呼吸，試一試，能否在一分鐘內只完成一次深呼吸。
深呼吸有助于放緩快速的心跳，從而消除各類顫抖。
第二種辦法是拌怪臉法。
通過拌怪臉，歪嘴扭唇，抬鼻斜眼，放松面部肌肉。

第三種辦法就是臨場活動法。

小跑幾步，走動走動，踢踢腿之類的都可以。
這樣緊張的情緒就可以得到緩解，但是注意不要劇烈運動。
